By creating a TAXit workspace you agree to these terms. TAXit is a record-keeping and tax-readiness tool. It does not replace professional tax advice, and you remain responsible for what you file with HMRC.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity in your workspace.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload data you don't have the right to store.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

Availability

We work hard to keep TAXit online but provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
